By using Toolora you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Using the tools

The tools here are free. You do not need an account, and there are no usage limits.

What you create is yours. QR codes and other output you generate belong to you. You may use them for anything, including commercially — printed materials, packaging, signage, products for sale. There is no attribution requirement and no licence fee.

What we ask of you

Do not use Toolora to:

• create material that is illegal where you are, or that helps someone break the law
• create QR codes or links intended to deceive people — phishing, impersonating an organisation, or disguising a destination the person would not knowingly visit
• distribute malware, or link to it
• attempt to disrupt the site or the people using it

You are responsible for what you put into a tool and what you do with what comes out. We do not see your input and cannot review it, which means the judgement is entirely yours.

No warranty

Toolora is provided as-is. We work to keep the tools correct and available, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

This matters most for output you plan to print. Always scan a QR code with a real device before committing it to anything expensive — a print run, signage, packaging. A code that scans on your phone will scan in the world; one you never tested might not, and reprinting is on you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Toolora — including lost profit, lost data, wasted print costs, or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of liability. Where that is the case, this section applies only as far as local law permits, and nothing here removes rights you cannot waive as a consumer.

The site itself

Toolora’s name, design, text and code are ours and are not covered by the licence granted above for tool output. Please do not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Toolora, including individual tools, at any time and without notice. Because nothing you make is stored here, there is nothing of yours to lose if a tool goes away — but download anything you need to keep.

These terms may change. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
