About Toolora

Toolora is a set of free web tools for small, everyday tasks — generating a QR code, formatting some text, converting a file. The kind of thing you need once, briefly, and would rather not install software for.

Just get it done

Most free tool sites work against you. You arrive wanting one thing, and you get a signup wall, a queue, a watermark on the export, or a download button that turns out to be an advert.

Toolora is built on the opposite assumption: you have a task, you want it finished, and you want to leave. Open the page, use the tool, get your file. No account, no email, no upsell on the way out.

The tools run on your device

This is the part that shapes everything else. Toolora’s tools are written to run in your browser rather than on a server.

That decision has real consequences:

• Your input stays with you. A Wi-Fi password typed into the QR generator never leaves your machine, because there is nowhere for it to go. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
• It is fast. No upload, no queue, no round trip. Results appear as you type.
• It works offline. Once a tool page has loaded, it keeps working without a connection.
• It stays free. Serving static pages costs almost nothing, so there is no pressure to invent a subscription to cover server bills.

The trade-off is honest: it rules out anything that genuinely needs a server. Some tools will never fit this model, and we would rather not build those than compromise the ones that do.

Built to be fast

Pages are static HTML, generated ahead of time and served from a CDN. JavaScript is sent only to pages that actually need it — the homepage ships none at all. There are no tracking scripts, no heavy frameworks, and no third-party embeds slowing things down.

How Toolora pays for itself

It does not yet. The site currently has no advertising and no paid features.

At some point advertising will likely fund it, because that is what keeps the tools free and account-free. If and when that happens, ads will go below the tool rather than in front of it, the privacy policy will be updated first, and the tools themselves will keep working the way they do now.

In English and Thai

Toolora is built in both languages from the ground up, not machine-translated after the fact. If a translation reads badly or a tool behaves oddly in Thai, that is a bug worth reporting.
