Privacy Policy

The short version: the tools on this site run entirely in your browser, and what you type into them never reaches us. This page explains that in more detail, including the parts we do not control.

What the tools do with your input

When you use a tool on Toolora — generating a QR code, for example — the work happens in your browser using JavaScript that was downloaded with the page. The link you enter, the text you encode, your Wi-Fi network name and password: none of it is transmitted anywhere. There is no server to receive it.

You can verify this. Load a tool page, disconnect from the internet, and it keeps working.

This also means we cannot recover anything you made here. Nothing is stored, so there is no history to look up and nothing to delete.

What we do not do

• We do not set cookies.
• We do not use analytics or tracking scripts.
• We do not show advertising.
• We do not have user accounts, so we hold no names, email addresses or passwords.
• We do not sell or share data, because we do not collect any.

What our hosting provider sees

Toolora is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information necessary to deliver the page and protect the service from attack — including your IP address, the page requested, your browser’s user-agent string, and the approximate region the request came from.

We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you, and we do not combine it with anything else. It is a normal part of how any website reaches you, and it is not something we could switch off while still serving the site. Cloudflare’s own privacy documentation describes what it retains.

Links to other sites

Tools and articles here sometimes link elsewhere. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else’s site under their privacy policy, not ours.

A QR code you generate is just an image encoding whatever you put in it. Scanning any QR code — from this site or anywhere else — takes you to whatever it contains, so treat codes from unknown sources with the same caution you would give an unknown link.

Your rights

Data protection law in Thailand (PDPA), the EU and UK (GDPR) and elsewhere gives you rights over personal data an organisation holds about you — access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing.

We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to produce, correct or erase. If you believe otherwise, contact us and we will look into it.

When this page will change

If Toolora later adds analytics, advertising or any feature that collects data, this page will be updated before that feature goes live, and the date at the top will change. We will not quietly start collecting data under a policy that says we do not.
