Privacy Policy

The short version: the tools on this site run entirely in your browser, and what you type into them never reaches us. This page explains that in more detail, including the parts we do not control.

What the tools do with your input

When you use a tool here — generating a QR code, counting words — the work happens on your own device. Nothing is sent away to be processed.

The link you enter, the text you type, your Wi-Fi name and password: none of it leaves your device, because we have nothing on the other end that could receive it.

You can verify this. Load a tool page, disconnect from the internet, and it keeps working.

This also means we cannot recover anything you made here. Nothing is stored, so there is no history to look up and nothing to delete.

What we do not do

• We do not set cookies.
• We do not track who you are, or follow you to other sites.
• We do not show advertising.
• We do not have user accounts, so we hold no names, email addresses or passwords.
• We do not sell or share your data with anyone.

Counting visitors

Since 26 August 2026 we have used Cloudflare’s visitor counter, so we can see how much the site is used and which tools are actually useful.

We chose it because it sets no cookies and does not identify anyone. What it records is only the broad shape of a visit:

• which page was opened, and what linked to it
• the country, roughly
• the type of browser and device
• how quickly the page loaded

It does not assign you an identifier, does not know whether you have been here before, and cannot follow you to other websites. We see totals — “the QR generator was opened this many times today” — never individuals.

Nothing you type into a tool is included in any of this. The visitor counter sees which page you opened, not what you put into it.

The company that delivers the pages

This site is hosted by a company called Cloudflare. Much as an online shop needs a delivery service, a website needs a host to get its pages to you.

To deliver a page, a host has to see a few basic things — in the same way a courier has to see the delivery address:

• Your internet address. The number that says where to send the page back to. It narrows you down to roughly a city or country, not to a person.
• Which page you opened.
• What browser and device you are on, so the page can be laid out correctly.

None of this reaches us in a form that identifies you, and we do not combine it with anything else. Every website on the internet works this way, and it is not something we could switch off while still having a site at all.

Links to other sites

Tools and articles here sometimes link elsewhere. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else’s site under their privacy policy, not ours.

A QR code you generate is just an image encoding whatever you put in it. Scanning any QR code — from this site or anywhere else — takes you to whatever it contains, so treat codes from unknown sources with the same caution you would give an unknown link.

Your rights

Data protection law gives you the right to see, correct or delete the personal information an organisation holds about you.

In our case there is nothing to see, correct or delete, because we hold none. If you believe otherwise, get in touch and we will look into it.

(For anyone who wants the specifics: the relevant laws are Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, and the GDPR in the EU and UK.)

When this page will change

If Toolora later adds analytics, advertising or any feature that collects data, this page will be updated before that feature goes live, and the date at the top will change. We will not quietly start collecting data under a policy that says we do not.
